About Cruceros Australis:

Cruceros Australis is a small expedition cruise company that navigates in one of the most virgin territories on earth: Tierra del Fuego in Chilean and Argentine Patagonia.

Cruceros Australis runs two programmes, one of three nights from Ushuaia (Argentina) to Punta Arenas (Chile), and one of four nights from Punta Arenas to Ushuaia. In both routes the vessels reach Cape Horn, the southernmost point of land before Antarctica. The cruises navigate the Beagle Channel and the Magellan Strait, an uninhabited place where it is really hard to see any other human being, but where one can see lots of wildlife.

The route is covered by M/V Via Australis and the brand new M/V Stella Australis. Via Australis has 64 cabins for 131/136 passengers. M/V Stella Australis has made its maiden voyage on December 18th, 2010, and has capacity for 210 passengers in 100 cabins.
